GES is capable of assessing international programming services, comparing those services to outside competitors and peers, and making appropriate recommendations regarding existing programs and the creation of new programs and services. Our project teams have already designed strategic internationalization plans for several universities throughout the world.
Global Education Services also works with colleges and universities to implement both narrow- and broad-spectrum strategic assessments and planning processes. GES helps the universities to catalogue current programs and projects, to assess the institution’s resources and to assist the schools in creating competitive plans which are effective and market driven.
The mark of a good strategic plan is including a good management plan. Global Education Services creates management plans to help university’s create more efficient use of personnel and resources for international programs already in place and for new programming. With over 15 years of experience in the international education field and our project-team management strategy, we are confident in our ability to manage short-term and long-term programs or to streamline current management of those programs. We have completed comprehensive management plans for Benedictine University and the Osaka International University for Women.
